Job summary 

As an ICT Engineer, you will be working in a 24x7 support team environment which service organization requirements. As a key member of our team, you will work very closely with Senior ICT Engineers and end-users to deliver the best possible solutions with the latest techniques and tools.

Also this role will require you to contribute to technical design by participating in technical team discussions and responsibilities include trouble-shooting and resolution of level 1 and 2 incidents, information requests and change requests.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Take the ownership of 1st  level support globally and escalate to the next level support.  
  • Ability to work 24x7 roster base. 
  • Hands on experience in Office 365 administration.
  • Excellent working knowledge of software deployment, remote desktop and service desk system.
  • Experience on working in 24x7 operation will be added advantage
  • Expertise in installing, configuring, and managing multiple LAN/WAN network technologies
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Maintaining software applications, operating systems and regular windows server maintenance tasks
  • Provide escalation support for end-user trouble calls.
  • Document and cross-train team members in areas of strong expertise.
